Kung Fu Garra de Águila

Mastery earned over time. Traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan in San Lorenzo, for all ages.

A martial family with tradition

We are Ying Jow Pai Paraguay, an academy devoted to preserving the tradition of Garra de Águila Kung Fu and Tai Chi. We are not after immediate perfection: we are after constant progress. We are a martial family where knowledge is handed down from one generation to the next to strengthen the body, the mind and the spirit.

This style comes from direct teaching, master to student. We respect the lineage and we train as a community. Because Kung Fu is not only a martial art: it is a discipline for daily life.

The academy is led by Sifu Gisell Acosta and Sifu Héctor Narváez, who are responsible for teaching Garra de Águila in Paraguay. They personally pass on the system they received from their master, Sifu Darío Acosta.

Our lineage

The chain that reaches San Lorenzo

Garra de Águila is not learned from a manual: it is received from a master. This is the line of transmission the academy follows.
